A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full mind and body meditation experience. Tracey will intentionally play a variety of instruments such as crystal and metal bowls, a gong, wind chimes, and more to coax the body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. When played these instruments slow down brain waves and calm the fight or flight response.
Sound Baths
Heart coherence is a highly researched technique that brings your heart, brain, and nervous system into balance. Scientifically proven to reduce stress and regulate the nervous system, especially in challenging times, it's a real-time tool you can use any moment you need it. Tracey uses heart coherence techniques in her sound baths and also teaches it as a stand-alone practice in group education sessions.
